Working Principle
First, import the printing pattern and variable data through special software, and set the printing parameters; then place the packaging substrate (paper, cardboard, plastic film, etc.) on the feeding platform, and adjust the alignment position; then the industrial piezoelectric nozzle sprays ink directly on the substrate according to the digital signal, and the ink is quickly fixed through the LED-UV drying system; finally, the finished product is collected after quality inspection, and the whole process is automatically controlled without manual intervention in the middle.
